حتی در «روایت آذرفرنبغ فرخزادان» آمده است که اگر خواهر راضی به ازدواج با برادر نباشد، برادر به زور می‌تواند با او هم‌بستر شود! همچنین اگر دختری راضی به ازدواج با پدرش نشود، پدر می‌توان به زور او را به ازدواج خود دربیاورد! در فتوای بیستم از روایت آذرفرنبغ فرخزادان می‌خوانیم: Q: There is a man whom it behooves that he should give his daughter or his sister in marriage;‎ they do not agree;‎ can that man hand them over in marriage with force?‎ If he does, will the meritorious work of the holy communion come into being, or not?‎ A: As I understand: it is proper to hand over a sister or a daughter as wife, in that way, with force;‎ if one does it, the marriage is appropriate, and the meritorious work of the holy communion does come into being;‎ it is not proper to do it if the husband does not agree, and it is a sin.‎
